ANVIZ the leading manufacturer of Access Control and Time and Attendance Systems launches a new cloud based service called Crosschex Cloud. The new cloud service is the latest evolution of their acclaimed CrossChex software and incorporates important new features to improve the user experience.
As with CrossChex the new cloud based service is completely free of charge. Manage and configure accesses and scheduling directly from the new mobile App (iOS and Android) or control CrossChex via your web browser.
With the CrossChex application installed on a local PC the new cloud services allow you to control the most important functions remotely either via a PC (web browser) or via your favourite mobile device, all with the added benefits of greatly simplifying the processes and at the same time making them far more intuitive to use.
The new application allows for remotely creating new users, using any terminal to work as if it were an enrolment device. Users can also now access and manage their credentials over the cloud and even upload their ID photo from their mobile phone. The Anviz cloud service also enables you to produce attendance reports as well as carry out key management functions using a new, intuitive and simplified, user interface. As with any cloud service these functions can be performed from anywhere in the world as long as a network connection is available.
Configuring the cloud service is also a very easy process. Simply register in the official CrossChex Cloud web page and enter a username and password for your devices. In each device you should validate that a network connection is available then introduce your Anviz cloud username and password. The device will then automatically connect itself and all management functions will be immediately available.
In parallel to the launch of Crosschex Cloud, Anviz has also presented a series of specially designed devices intended to work within this new environment. The new terminals are: W1-ID, W2, C2 PRO & OA1000-MERCURY, all of which are available from VISIOTECH today.
