According to the Organic Law 15/1999, current legislation on video surveillance, any body that has supervised protection 24 hours by security cameras should mark it properly by a sufficiently visible informational poster. In this poster it must be indicated the body to which citizens can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of the data contained in the recording files.
